MINISTRIES
True life change happens in community, but meaningful relationships aren't always easy to find. Westwood Hills' ministries are how we bring people together and make life-changing relationships available. Collectively we grow our faith, laugh, share our stories, live life, and pray together in a setting that meets once a week on campus.
Youth
We foster and develop the spirit of teenagers in a very interactive and communal way. We strive to grow spiritually, mentally, and emotionally through the word, prayer, and each other. 1 timothy 4:12 says, “Let no man despise thy youth…” So, we believe their gifts and talents are valuable to our church family and to the kingdom of God.
The Hill - Women's Ministry
“The Hill” Women’s Discipleship of Crosspoint Church of God is based on the scripture from the Gospel of Matthew chapter 5 verse 14 “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden” The Hill exists to equip, support, and disciple women through the Word of God for the purpose of God. We will fulfill our ministry by creating opportunities, developing relationships, and providing resources for women to discover their gifts and be empowered to fulfill His purpose.
Kids
We believe our kids are the future of the church. Launch kids is a fun ministry where we enjoy each other’s company and learn all about Jesus in a creative way. The bible says to train up a child in the way that he should go and when he is old, he would not depart from it. Training up a child is what we strive for at launch kids and we want your kids to be a part!
S.W.A.G. - Singles Ministry
S.W.A.G stands for Singles with A Gift. Swag means bold or brash self-confidence. Our self-confidence is in Jesus Christ whom we declare with boldness. This is also the best gift we can offer to others. The target group for this ministry is mature singles (never married, widowed, or single again), any singles are welcome! It is our hope that we may be able to actively serve in our church and our community as well as having outings and fellowships, potentially networking with other singles groups in the Gainesville area.
MIDWEEK SERVICES
Our midweek services consist of Wednesday night Bible Study beginning at 7 pm for all ages! please Join us!
